At your appointment time, I’ll send you a link to join our remote session, after which I’ll be able to access your computer and help you with your tasks. Please note, you’ll need an internet connection to use remote help. You’ll also need to download an application; I can talk you through it, but if you think this will be a problem, you may need an on-site visit first.
Payment for both on-site and remote help is required on the day of service. Techretary accepts all major credit cards, chip-enabled EFTPOS cards, cash and bank transfers. Receipts for payment are sent via text or email, whichever you prefer.
